X-CART Multiple Alternate Currency. This module will allow you to enter a currency code and exchange rate for each and every country that you have setup in your X-CART Gold Store. The module will then determine which country that your visitor / Shopper is from, and use the currency code and exchange rate for their country if available. If the currency for the country is not set, then the alternate currency will default to original X-CART alternate currency set in the Administrators General Settings. If the visitor / shopper is from the same country as the store location, then no alternate currency is displayed. Example 1: Most X-CART Store owners only want to set half a dozen countries currencies. You might set USD, NZD, AUD, & GBP. All other countries will default to the General Settings alternate currency in the Admin Area. Example 2: You can also set all of the countries in Europe to EUR, and the UK to GBP if you wish. NOTE: This module has no impact on the billing currency, it only effects the alternate currency displayed, which means your international customers do not need to access external sites for rate conversion.
